| Ocean
City |
| You
won't find any oceanfront golf courses
in the Ocean
City area, but in recent
years a very nice group of courses have
been built just a few minutes west of
the city. Great variety of golf challenges
with great use of the area's geography.

| Baltimore
Area |
| The
area just a few miles north of Baltimore is home to one of the best collections
of publicly-available golf in the United
States, while the city itself and the
areas to the south and west offer great
golf values. |

|
| Maryland's
Eastern Shore |
| There's
a unexpectedly large amount of land
in the portion of Maryland that lies
east of the Chesapeake Bay. Fortunately,
some of that land has been used to build
some great golf courses in places like
Easton, Cambridge and Salisbury. |

|
| Southern
Maryland |
| The
area near Annapolis, Maryland's state
capital, is home to several very nice
golf courses. Continue southward along
the bay and you'll find even more, if
not quite as popular, areas of interest. |
|
|
| Western
Maryland |
| Once
you venture westward to Frederick, Hagerstown and beyond, you'll notice a quick change
from the relative flatness of the bay
and the Piedmont to Maryland's mountain
region. Some great mountain golf courses
await. |
